Yes. LMS Campus uses Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). You connect through Meta's own sign-up, and the account stays in your institute's name.
Meta charges for some messages, such as templates that start a conversation, under its own WhatsApp pricing. Those charges are billed by Meta to your WhatsApp Business account, separately from your LMS Campus plan.
Yes, for attendance. You can choose to message a student's guardian when the student misses a class.
